Jan Zelezny
Jan Zelezny is a World Champion Czech javelin thrower and is the world record holder in the difficult javelin throw. People widely view him as the best javelin thrower ever because of all the accolades he obtained and the excitement he brought to the crowd. He won the notable gold metal at the 1992, 1996, and 2000 Summer Olympic Games, as well as three World Championship titles in 1993, 1995, and 2001. Jan endured many battles and came out victorious most of the time. Zelezny left the sport he truly loved on September 19, 2006 on exhibition in Mlada Boleslav.
