SPJST ENC at Cooper Farm: Czech Us Out Saturday, April 25

    The SPJST Education and Nature Center (ENC) at Cooper Farm invites all to “Come Czech Us Out!” this Saturday, April 25, 2009. The event will be held at Cooper Farm, located at 2001 Waldeck Road in Ledbetter, Texas, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    Activities will include facility tours, games for youth, exhibitions, food and drink concessions, prize drawings, and a live auction.
    A special performance by Wallachian Ensemble Radhost from Trojanovice, Czech Republic, will perform traditional Czech music and song at around 1:30 p.m. Radhost members include Bohumir Holub, Vlasta Holubova, Lenka Pustejovska, Jirina Mickova and Petr Adamek.
    A barbecue brisket and sausage dinner fund-raiser will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. for $7 per plate.
